Emko Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Pangolin Laser Systems and its merger with portfolio company Artistry In Motion (“AIM”). The combined organization forms a leading global platform spanning laser entertainment technology and professional special effects. AIM and Pangolin’s effects are featured in major concert tours, theme parks, sporting events, TV/Film, and corporate events.

Pangolin (founded 1986, headquartered outside Orlando, FL) is a world leader in laser entertainment technology — design software, control hardware, safety systems, and complete laser projectors. Artistry In Motion (Los Angeles, CA) is a leading designer and manufacturer of professional confetti and SFX equipment for the live entertainment industry. Both brands, executive teams, and engineering organizations continue intact under the new structure.

The combination expands R&D capacity, deepens manufacturing and logistics resources, and broadens access to capital — accelerating product development and global growth across the group.

Emko partnered with Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE”) on the transaction. GSE brings decades of live event and entertainment experience to the combined group, complementing Emko's operational expertise.
