Emko Capital portfolio company Artistry In Motion (AIM) has acquired Flutter FETTI®, a confetti manufacturer based in Largo, Florida. Flutter FETTI has made confetti, streamers and launching equipment for celebrations around the world for more than 26 years.
Flutter FETTI joins a group that already includes Pangolin, the global leader in live-event and industrial laser systems, and AIM, the team behind custom confetti moments at concerts, championship games and global events. With confetti, streamers and lasers under one roof, the group can now offer event producers more of the effects behind a show's biggest moments.
"Flutter FETTI is a great brand with loyal customers, and it fits naturally alongside AIM and Pangolin," said Joe Wojcik, President of Artistry In Motion. "Whether it's a confetti blast at a championship or a laser show at a stadium concert, our goal is to be the partner behind the moments people remember. Adding Flutter FETTI gives our customers more products, more custom options and more ways to celebrate."
"Artistry In Motion has built a platform that brings together the effects behind the world's biggest live moments, from confetti to lasers," said Dean Emmerton, Managing Partner of Emko Capital. "Flutter FETTI is a well-loved brand with a loyal customer base, and it's a natural add-on that broadens the group's product offering. We're excited to support the team as they continue to grow."
Flutter FETTI will continue under its own brand, with the same products customers know and love.
