Emko Capital announces 2 new A&D acquisitions

Emko continues to invest in and expand our A&D-focused machining platform

Emko Capital is proud to announce the acquisition of two machining and assembly businesses specializing in aerospace and defense parts and assemblies. These acquisitions mark a significant investment in US manufacturing, as both businesses are based in the United States and employ skilled American workers.

The first company has a long history of providing top-quality machined parts for defense aircraft and weapon systems, serving top OEMs and Tier 1s. With state-of-the-art equipment and a team of highly trained technicians, the company has established itself as a leader in the industry.

The second company, has a similar track record of excellence in the production of electro-mechanical assemblies and machined parts for medical, healthcare, EV, and semi-conductor, and A&D sectors. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, the company has consistently delivered high-performing parts to its customers.

Through the acquisition of these two businesses, Emko’s A&D machining platform is now 3 companies strong and growing.
